I hope you can help me with the password, otherwise I'll start again pressing the power on ,again and again with my paperclip ready. I knew I may not be able to use it but it was better than just leaving the other computer behind and I think this laptop is pretty good for me but now I start to think I have a beautiful paperweight. My friend got this computer from a guy who was working for a big telecoms company in London that was moving its offices and getting rid of lots of equipment. I opened the computer and found the famous chip but it doesn't matter how I short it I never get rid of the password. My friend told me about this website and how maybe I could reset the password following some instructions, he was starting to read the forum by that time and so I did when I got back to my country. Finally I exchanged it with a friend for a laptop (this Dell laptop) that we both knew needed the password.
As I couldn't bring the computer with me I decided to sell it but after some time I didn't get any reasonable offer and the time to leave was near. But a couple of months ago I decided to go back to my country.
Nine months ago I bought a second hand desktop computer, a pentium IV, fujitsu siemens, that was helping me a lot even if it wasn't a big machine.
